The building, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), is a three-basement and thirteen-story office building. Two circulation cores in the center of the building provides the access to open offices. The circulation cores are connected to the bridge facing each other along atrium. The steel atrium and connection bridges formed along the floors directs the ground floor resting area. The amorphous facade suspension system surrounding the inclined facade and the atrium is formed by connecting the reinforced concrete system to the steel facades. Since all facades are inclined except the northern façade; the structural elements slip upward in accordance with the facade inclination, to provide vertical circulation, lobbies at a suitable center within the office space in each floor.
